The officiating crisis is an operations problem
Most leagues run officiating on spreadsheets and last-minute texting — and now, on top of covering games, they have to prove every coach is screened under state background-check laws like Florida's Level 2. The result is the same every season: empty games, no-shows, compliance gaps, and a scramble nobody has time for.
The Scramble
Last-minute no-shows and uncovered games turn every weekend into an emergency.
Manual Overload
Endless texting, calling, and spreadsheet wrangling eats hours your staff doesn't have.
Inconsistent Quality
Untrained or unprepared officials create complaints from coaches, players, and families.
Constant Turnover
Officials drift away with no pipeline to recruit, re-engage, and replace them.
Compliance Exposure
State laws like Florida's Statute 943.0438 require a Level 2 screen on every coach and volunteer. Miss one, and the liability lands on your league.
Disconnected Tools
Recruiting, scheduling, training, and screening live in separate tools — or none — so nothing connects and every task stays manual.
Everything you need to field a compliant season
We staff your games, screen your coaches, train your officials, and keep recruiting so you never run short — one team, one point of contact.

Recruit
An always-on engine sources officials, follows up automatically, and re-engages inactive ones so your pipeline never runs dry.
🛡️ Level 2 background checks, handled end to end
State youth-sports laws — like Florida's Statute 943.0438 — require a Level 2 screen on every coach and volunteer. We run LiveScan fingerprinting, review every result, and keep your records on file — so your league stays compliant without the paperwork.
The only officiating partner that trains on real 360° game footage
Your officials read plays, call the strike zone, and manage the field under game-day pressure — long before they step onto a live field. Nobody else in officiating offers it.
