Referee & umpire staffing in Richmond, Virginia.
Richmond's youth-sports scene has grown fast — and more games every season than the local official pool can cover. Officials Unlimited staffs your baseball, softball, soccer, and basketball leagues and tournaments with vetted, trained officials, and keeps recruiting across the Richmond metro so you never run short. We recruit, assign, and cover your games.
Richmond · this Saturday On track
Not enough officials. Games that still have to be covered.
From the River City Sportsplex to rec fields across Henrico and Chesterfield, the Richmond metro runs a packed youth calendar — and the pool of umpires and refs hasn't kept up. Directors from Midlothian to Glen Allen to Mechanicsville end up leaning on the same crews and losing weekends to no-shows. Officials Unlimited brings a deep, vetted pool to Henrico County and the surrounding metro, puts the right crew on every field, and keeps recruiting locally so your pipeline never runs dry.
