Training Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern all Officials Unlimited training services, including virtual, in-person, hybrid, certification, classroom, and field-based instruction.

By registering for, purchasing, attending, or participating in any Officials Unlimited training event or certification program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Scope of Services

Officials Unlimited, LLC ("Officials Unlimited," "OU," "we," "our") provides officiating education, instruction, certification programs, workshops, and related training services for individuals, leagues, schools, and organizations ("Participant," "Client," or "you").

Training may be delivered virtually (including Zoom, LMS platforms, or VR environments), in person (classroom or field), or in hybrid formats. Training formats, instructors, curriculum, and schedules are subject to change at Officials Unlimited’s discretion.

2. Registration and Eligibility

Participants must provide accurate registration information and meet any stated eligibility requirements. Officials Unlimited reserves the right to refuse admission, remove a participant, or deny certification if conduct, participation level, or prerequisites are not met.

3. Payment Terms

Full payment is required at the time of registration unless otherwise stated in writing. Officials Unlimited may accept payment by ACH, credit card, or other approved payment method.

4. No Refund Policy

All training registrations are final. All payments made to Officials Unlimited are non-refundable and non-transferable unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

No refunds, credits, offsets, or chargebacks will be issued for missed sessions, late arrivals, scheduling conflicts, participant withdrawal, illness, travel disruptions, weather, technical difficulties outside of Officials Unlimited’s control, or failure to complete coursework.

5. Schedule Changes and Cancellations

Officials Unlimited reserves the right to modify training dates, times, instructors, delivery format, or location as necessary. If Officials Unlimited cancels a training event entirely, participants may receive a rescheduled session or credit at Officials Unlimited’s discretion.

6. Attendance and Participation Requirements

Certification eligibility may require full attendance, active participation, completion of assignments, assessments, or evaluations. Officials Unlimited does not guarantee certification based solely on registration or attendance.

7. Technology Requirements (Virtual Training)

Participants are responsible for securing reliable internet access, compatible devices, audio/video capability, and any required software platforms. Officials Unlimited is not responsible for missed content due to technical issues outside its control.

8. Conduct Expectations

Participants must maintain professional conduct at all times. Disruptive behavior, harassment, discrimination, unsafe conduct, or failure to follow instructor direction may result in removal from training without refund.

9. Recording and Intellectual Property

Training sessions may be recorded for quality assurance, educational use, or future distribution. By participating, you consent to being recorded.

All training materials, slides, videos, VR simulations, assessments, and course content remain the exclusive intellectual property of Officials Unlimited. Participants may not record, reproduce, distribute, or share training materials without written permission.

10. Assumption of Risk and Release

Participation in training activities, including field-based drills and demonstrations, involves inherent risks. Participants voluntarily assume all risks and release Officials Unlimited from liability for injuries or damages except where caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Officials Unlimited shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages including lost wages, travel expenses, or missed opportunities arising from training participation.

12. Indemnification

Participants agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Officials Unlimited, its owners, instructors, contractors, and representatives from any claims arising from participant conduct, misuse of materials, or violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located within Florida.
