Wilmington anchors youth sports across Delaware — and the official shortage hits here just like everywhere else. We recruit, assign, and cover your games.
Wilmington · this Saturday On track
Not enough officials. Games that still have to be covered.
Northern Delaware runs a busy youth-sports calendar, and the Wilmington area's pool of umpires and refs hasn't kept pace with the programs across New Castle County. Directors from Newark to Middletown to Bear keep leaning on the same crews every weekend, and one no-show can stall a whole bracket. Officials Unlimited brings a deep, vetted pool to New Castle County and the surrounding metro, puts the right crew on every field, and keeps recruiting locally so your pipeline never runs dry.
